30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Gift cards and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, with no need to return the item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.
