Products and pricing

We make every effort to display product colours, images and descriptions accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays them exactly. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or limited stock. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We never store your full card details. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marketfy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products.
