Where we ship

We ship across Canada and to the United Kingdom.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Free standard shipping on every order, with delivery in 5-8 business days after processing.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives.

Taxes and duties

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Delays and lost packages

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or peak seasons. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days, or your package hasn't arrived within 15 business days, contact us and we'll resolve it with a replacement or a refund.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away; we can update the address as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.
